Africa Photography & Film Festival (AfricaPTFF) is thrilled to present the Jos Photowalk, themed “Jos the Beautiful.” This exciting event aims to bring together creative individuals and visual creators from across Nigeria who are passionate about leveraging technology to share captivating stories that promote the magnificence of Africa, starting with Jos, Plateau State
Mr Mark Simon Auta, the founder of the Africa Tourism Photography and Film Festival made this information known to the general public at a press conference on July 5, 2023, at the Swiss Executive Luxury Hotel in Rayfield, Jos.
According to Mr Mark Auta, the event will feature three tourist attractions, which includes Shere Hills, 10 Commandments, and Rayfield Resort.
In response to questions from journalists, Mr. Auta said that the location of the meeting for interested parties is Odus, Jos, on Thursday, July 6, 2023, at 7 a.m. He emphasized that the event will not be a one-time event and that subsequent editions will be held in the State.
Mr Auta reiterate that the Jos Photo Walk will Empower African Creators as AfricaPTFF believes in the power of African creators to tell their stories authentically. In a world full of possibilities, sharing our stories and showcasing our destinations not only allows for exploration of investment options and economic diversification but also fosters the idea of tourism for social development.
By leveraging traditional media, social media platforms, creative visual storytelling, blogs, and web publications, African creators can drive conversations and actions that lead to social and economic growth.
