Pankshin, Plateau State – May 28, 2025 — The Plateau State College of Health Technology, Pankshin, has extended warm congratulations to His Excellency, Barrister Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, on the occasion of his two-year anniversary as Executive Governor of Plateau State.
