DESPERATE CALL ON THE PLATEAU STATE GOVERNMENT TO BRACE UP TO THE SECURITY CHALLENGES AT PLASU.

The Plateau State University Alumni Association is deeply worried about the security challenges at the Plateau State University, Bokkos.

The PLASU Alumni association expressed its concerns while appreciating the security personnel and vigilante group who responded to the distress call from the university
which as a result, the kidnap of four students residing at the off campus of the university was halted.

The Alumni Association make bold to call on the State government and the School Management to immediately set up Security outfit at strategic location such as Ndar, Chikaam, Butura Vet as well as the completion of parameter fencing of the University.

The security loophole has lingered for too long at the university and its environment as the recent incident was not the first, second or even third of its kind occuring.

This time around we want to see practical steps regarding different layers of security outfit at the university and other institutions of learning on the PLATEAU.
