A 3-year-old girl has reportedly been raped by her father in Ibadan, Oyo State.
Social Media activist, Karimot Odebode, who published the story on the microblogging site, Twitter said the mother of the victim suspected her husband had violated their daughter on June 3.
The mother of the 3-year-old victim became vigilant and instructed her younger sister who lived with them, to always ensure her kids were with her whenever she wasn’t around.
However, a day came when the younger sister left the kids in her room and went to the bathroom.
When she came back, she saw the little girl coming out of her parents’ bedroom. The victim’s mother was informed and she immediately checked her daughter. She was bewildered by what she saw.
Her daughter’s private part was red and open and she was having a foul smell. The little girl later demonstrated how her father used to put his ”popo” in her vagina.
The husband was arrested by NSCDC officials but was later released. Karimot says the victim’s mother is currently being threatened.

A couple of days ago, 1st News reported that two Unilag students who were virgins were sexually assaulted by their peers.
A Facebook user identified as Funke Adeyanju took to the social media platform, Facebook; to narrate how the two young ladies were mocked and ridiculed because of their status as virgins.
Taking to Facebook, the source stated that the incident occurred shortly after the rape victims arrived at their friend’s cousin’s house. They had gone there to deliver a surprise birthday gift to her.
According to Adeyanju, the girls are 100 level students of the University of Lagos; between the ages of 18-19 years.
