The Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has warmly welcomed delegates to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governors’ Forum meeting, holding in Jos, the Plateau State capital.
The two-day forum, which is being chaired by His Excellency, Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State, aims to bring together PDP governors and key stakeholders to discuss strategic issues affecting the party and the nation.
The program of events begins today, Friday, November 22, 2024, with a Welcome Dinner at the Banquet Hall, New Government House, Rayfield, Jos, scheduled for 6:30 PM. The dinner promises an evening of camaraderie and interaction among governors and other high-ranking PDP officials.
The main session of the forum will take place tomorrow, Saturday, November 23, 2024, with the Governors’ Meeting at the EXCO Chamber, New Government House, Rayfield, Jos, starting at 9:00 AM. This closed-door meeting is expected to address key political, developmental, and organizational matters critical to the success and unity of the PDP.
As the Chief Host, Governor Caleb Mutfwang has expressed his delight at hosting the distinguished forum in Plateau State, often referred to as the Home of Peace and Tourism.
