Rev. Yakubu Pam: NCPC Boss, Commemorates Late Brother, Rev. Dalyop Ngwe

The Executive Secretary of the Nigeria Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC), Rev. Dr. Yakubu Pam has showered accolades to his Late Cousin, Pastor Dalyop Ngwe who was laid to rest at his village Tahei Gyel District of Jos South Local Government Area.


He said the Deceased lived a modest, exemplary and godly life impacting lives and the society. He said Late Pastor Dalyop Ngwe was able to play fatherly role to the entire family until his demise, a role that has been transferred to him and prayed God to give him the wisdom and capacity to fill the vacuum created by the departure of the deceased.


He admonished the people to make their paths right before God and live the kind of lives that pleases Him.

He consoled with the Citizens of Plateau State over the barbaric attacks that led to the killing of innocent citizens, many injured, looting and destruction of property.

He called for greater attention to the lives and property of the Citizens by Government at all levels and security agencies in line with their cardinal constitutional responsibilities.

While speaking on the Plateau State Governorship Supreme Court Verdict, the spiritual Leader appreciated the people of the State for accepting the verdict in good faith and with the spirit of sportsmanship.


He congratulated Governor Caleb Mutfwang on the Supreme Court victory and charged him to provide good governance to all citizens of the State, carry all along irrespective of ethnic, religious and political affiliations.

On the 2024 Armed Forces Celebration and Remembrance Day which is being commemorated today, Rev. Pam applauded the immense contributions, patriotism and heroic disposition of the Armed Forces toward having a more peaceful and prosperous Country.


He said personnel of the Nigerian Military have made unquantifiable sacrifice to keep the Nation and protect it from external aggression.
He called on government to accord greater attention to the welfare of serving personnel of the Armed Forces and cater for the families of fallen heroes.

NCPC Boss, Rev. Pam Calls on FG and State Government to Intervene in the Security Situation in Bassa LGA

The Executive Secretary, Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission, Rev Dr Yakubu Pam has called on both the Federal and Plateau state government to intervene in the security situation in Bassa Local Government Area of Plateau State.


He made this known in Kwall, Bassa Local Government on 24th April,2022 during a courtesy visit to the Honourable Member representing Jos North and Bassa Federal Constituency in the Federal House of Representatives, Hon Musa Agah.
The NCPC helmsman affirmed it was high time the appropriate government handled the security situation in Bassa Local Government.


He explained that the fragile security situation in the area had put fears in the minds of the people, especially farmers who could no longer go to their farms .
He also enjoined the youths of the local government to organize themselves very well by forming a local security network that would help to maintain peace in the area .
The NCPC boss congratulated the newly elected Honourable Member of the Green Chambers for his victory at the recent bye election conducted in his Constituency.
He further thanked God for saving him and his wife from the hands of bandits.
Rev Pam admonished him to be fearless and bold because ” greater is he that is in him than he that is in the world “.
He affirmed,”you will continue to overcome and be victorious”. He noted that life is full of trials, but God will see you through”


Speaking, Hon Musa Agah thanked the NCPC boss for coming to congratulate him and commiserate with him .
He described the NCPC boss as a “leader with so many caps; very detribilized statesman” . He further appreciated him for demonstrating. leadership and maturity.He noted that the visit of the NCPC boss had comforted and strengthen them.
The newly elected member of the House of Representatives stated that the country had degenerated to a level where all the communities are vulnerable.


He called on the NCPC boss to use his good offices to speak truth to power because according to him,”a lot of things must be done “
Hon Agah reaffirmed his confidence on the NCPC boss, stating that his noble efforts had given them reasons to celebrate him.
He averred that Bassa Local Government of Plateau state is under siege.
