Rev. Yakubu Pam: NCPC Boss, Commemorates Late Brother, Rev. Dalyop Ngwe

The Executive Secretary of the Nigeria Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC), Rev. Dr. Yakubu Pam has showered accolades to his Late Cousin, Pastor Dalyop Ngwe who was laid to rest at his village Tahei Gyel District of Jos South Local Government Area.


He said the Deceased lived a modest, exemplary and godly life impacting lives and the society. He said Late Pastor Dalyop Ngwe was able to play fatherly role to the entire family until his demise, a role that has been transferred to him and prayed God to give him the wisdom and capacity to fill the vacuum created by the departure of the deceased.


He admonished the people to make their paths right before God and live the kind of lives that pleases Him.

He consoled with the Citizens of Plateau State over the barbaric attacks that led to the killing of innocent citizens, many injured, looting and destruction of property.

He called for greater attention to the lives and property of the Citizens by Government at all levels and security agencies in line with their cardinal constitutional responsibilities.

While speaking on the Plateau State Governorship Supreme Court Verdict, the spiritual Leader appreciated the people of the State for accepting the verdict in good faith and with the spirit of sportsmanship.


He congratulated Governor Caleb Mutfwang on the Supreme Court victory and charged him to provide good governance to all citizens of the State, carry all along irrespective of ethnic, religious and political affiliations.

On the 2024 Armed Forces Celebration and Remembrance Day which is being commemorated today, Rev. Pam applauded the immense contributions, patriotism and heroic disposition of the Armed Forces toward having a more peaceful and prosperous Country.


He said personnel of the Nigerian Military have made unquantifiable sacrifice to keep the Nation and protect it from external aggression.
He called on government to accord greater attention to the welfare of serving personnel of the Armed Forces and cater for the families of fallen heroes.

Rev. Yakubu Pam, NCPC Boss Receives Excellence in Leadership Award from PFN

The Executive Secretary of the Nigeria Christian Pilgrim Commission, Rev. Yakubu Pam has been honoured with an Excellence in Leadership Award by the National Leadership of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, PFN.

The award was presented to him in his office in Abuja on 5th March, 2021 by Rev. Stephen Dangana on behalf of the National Leadership of PFN.

Speaking during the award presentation, the NCPC boss described PFN as “one credible and fastest growing movement in Nigeria”.

He commended the credible transition process in PFN that has become a culture worthy of emulation by other religious bodies. He reiterated that transitions in PFN usually take place without issues.

Rev. Pam thanked the leadership of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria for finding him worthy of the award. In his words, “I’m deeply touched, I appreciate this more than anything”. He added, “I am so touched, I feel loved”.

He congratulated the newly elected President of PFN, Bishop Wale Oke and also commended the quality leadership of the immediate past President of PFN, Rev. Felix Omobude.

Earlier, Rev. Stephen Dangana affirmed that the award was in appreciation of Rev. Pam’s sacrifice and dedication to the faith.

He explained that the National leadership of PFN considered it important to recognize individuals who had distinguished themselves and committed to the work of PFN.

Rev. Pam further used the platform to stress the need to promote unity in the Church.

The award presentation was witnessed by Rev. Lawrence Ekwork, the Chairman of PFN Cross River State, Pastor Joseph Rhema, the Director of Administration NCPC, Rev. Barnabas Ali as well as the Director of Operations NCPC, Rev. Amos Yohanna.
