Fresh Attacks in Bassa Chando-Zrrechi (Tafi-Gana) – Five Reportedly Dead.
There have been an incidence of attacks last night at Chando-Zrrechi (Tafi-Gana) in Bassa Local Government according to a press Statement issued to media personnel by the Secretary of Irigwe Development Association Mr Danjuma Auta Dickson.
on reaching out to the Operation safe Haven Military Information officer on the attacks, He responded that up till this moment the headquarters have not been contacted about the attacks even though their lines have been on throughout the night with their men all over the three local government under Curfew trying to maintain the peace of the state responding to calls across Flashpoints.
As at the time of filing this report the security agencies are yet to issue an official statement even as it’s reported that the five bodies from yesterday’s attack are deposited in the morgue as confirmed by the Publicity secretary of Irigwe Development Association, Mr Davidson Mallison
It is instructive to note that this same Village attacked was one of the villages razed by rampaging fulani Invaders that sacked villagers, killing innocent citizens and destroying houses of locals.

As the Irigwe nation has continue to receive attack from left right and center over the unfortunate incidence of the Rukuba road attack on innocent commuters which the Irigwe nation knows nothing about and we have continue to distance ourselves from the ungodly act as peace loving citizens yet, last night 17th August 2021, one of our village, Chando-Zrrechi (Tafi-Gana) was attacked last night by Fulani Herdsmen.
Five people confirmed dead so far at Tafi Gana village of Miango District Irigwe Chiefdom
This is apart from another son of Irigwe killed at Dong village in the evening of 16th August 2021.
As it is Nigeria has remain silent as if nothing is happening, we’re calling on the authorities to put a stop. If nothing is done to avert this ugly trend Irigwe people will be wiped out.
