As the countdown begins to the much-anticipated Jos Jesus Crusade scheduled for December 17–21, 2025, preparations continue to intensify with renewed excitement across Plateau State. During a press briefing held on December 10 at St. John’s College, Jos, key leaders from the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) and Take the Nations Ministry reaffirmed their commitment to delivering a spiritually impactful event expected to draw tens of thousands.
Pastor Dunka Gomwalk, Chairman of CAN Plateau State, expressed heartfelt appreciation to the international advance team from South Africa, the United States, and other nations for their partnership.
He described the crusade as a continuation of the legacy of the great evangelist Reinhard Bonnke, whose past crusades in Jos brought massive harvests, miracles, and lasting church growth.
Gomwalk emphasized that the 2025 edition, organized in collaboration with Take the Nations led by Evangelist Daniel Du Toit, will unite churches across denominations, strengthen the body of Christ, and “re-dig the spiritual wells” previously opened in the city.
He assured the public of maximum security, acknowledging the peaceful atmosphere created by the state government.
The CAN Chairman encouraged all Christians to attend in large numbers, invite loved ones, and expect a fresh move of God, including healings, salvation, and revival.
He highlighted the women’s and ministers’ conferences as additional channels of impartation.
Evangelist Brandon Daniel, International Crusade Director for Take the Nations, expressed gratitude to CAN and Plateau church leaders for their warm reception since July.
Speaking from the crusade grounds, he said the team is preparing for a massive turnout, believing that countless lives will be transformed through salvation, deliverance, and miracles.
He announced the upcoming “Jesus March,” a declaration throughout the streets of Jos proclaiming that the city belongs to Jesus. Brandon stressed that unity in the church is essential to effectively disciple the anticipated harvest of converts.
He urged residents, especially those feeling hopeless, to attend the crusade with expectation, assuring them that signs and wonders always follow the preaching of Jesus Christ.
With strong collaboration between CAN Plateau State and Take the Nations, the Jos Jesus Crusade is set to become a defining spiritual moment for Plateau State.
Organizers are confident that the event will bring revival, strengthen church unity, and ignite a fresh wave of transformation across the city.
