In a proactive move to bolster media partnerships and facilitate better information dissemination, Mr. Bomkam Ali Wuyep, Director General of the Plateau State Microfinance Development Agency (PLASMIDA), cordially received members of the Plateau Bloggers Association during a courtesy visit.
Led by Vice Chairman Mathew Tegha, the association conveyed their appreciation for PLASMIDA’s impactful contributions to Plateau State’s development trajectory, recognizing the agency’s pivotal role.

Mr. Wuyep expressed enthusiasm for collaboration with media platforms, particularly bloggers, to amplify the agency’s programs and initiatives, emphasizing the crucial role of effective communication in showcasing PLASMIDA’s contributions to socio-economic growth.
During the meeting, Mr. Wuyep outlined PLASMIDA’s recent activities, focusing on the Seven Points of the Green Cap Policy Thrust:

- Peace, Security and Social Justice
- Revamping Agriculture and Rural Transformation

He highlighted significant milestones achieved, notably the Plateau Job Center initiative aimed at tackling unemployment and fostering skills development among residents.
