COMMENCEMENT OF NOMINATION OF CANDIDATES FOR AWARDS
The Pertinence of Social Media cannot be overemphasized in the 21st century considering the level of positive developments it has brought to the fore.
People, organizations, agencies have used and are still using it for social good by aiding to solve some of societal ills and problems.
And as a way of encouraging the use of it for good and noble course, the Plateau Social Media Awards (PSMA) crew in its usual tradition of celebrating innovation, creativity and ingenuity has opened the opportunity for those utilizing it well to be recognized and awarded.
It is on this premise that the technical committee mandated to oversee the voting process have finalized plans on the voting procedures and wish to announce to the members of the public that the timeline of the selection process has been released as thus;
Nomination of candidates – 27th Jan – 6 Feb 2022
Collation – 7th -12th Feb,2022
Voting – 14th Feb- 12th March,2022
Final Collation- 26th March -2nd April,2022
Announcement of Winners- 3rd April 2022

Note that all Nominees must be persons who have done incredibly well in their areas of endeavors and acumen.
The technical committee reserved the right to vet any person nominated for the recognition with a view of ensuring that it is done in tandem with the established norms of merit.
By this notice, we encourage people to, without any hesitation, commence the nomination in order to enable the committee collate and identify those that will be qualified to the voting stage.
As a way of displaying patriotism,this information should be shared and circulated by all and sundry to as many platforms as possible so that it will reach everyone so they can exercise their ‘franchise’
