Member representing Pankshin/Kanke/Kanam Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Yusuf Adamu Gagdi, has been screened and cleared by the All Progressives Congress (APC) to contest for a third term in office.
Gagdi disclosed this on Sunday after appearing before the party’s screening committee ahead of the forthcoming elections. He noted that he was the first aspirant from Plateau State to undergo screening for a third-term bid.
The screening committee was chaired by Senator Uche Ekwunife alongside Engineer Angela Obende and other members. Gagdi commended the committee for its professionalism and recognition of experience and continuity in legislative representation.
The lawmaker expressed gratitude to the people of Pankshin, Kanke, and Kanam Federal Constituency for their continued support and confidence in his leadership.
He pledged to sustain purposeful leadership, quality representation, and the advancement of the constituency’s interests if re-elected for another term.
