PIBC 2026: iHUB Digital Solutions Announces 7th Plateau Innovation & Business Conference to Boost Economic Growth
iHUB Digital Solutions has announced the 7th edition of the Plateau Innovation & Business Conference (PIBC), scheduled to hold on May 2 and 3, 2026, at the ITF Centre for Excellence, Bukuru, Jos, Plateau State. This year’s theme, “Accelerating Plateau’s Economy through Productivity, Industrialization & Jobs,” seeks to explore practical strategies to drive economic growth, job creation, and industrial development in the state.
The two-day conference will feature startup exhibitions, keynote sessions, mentorship programs, and a CEOs Hangout & Awards Night, celebrating distinguished entrepreneurs and industry leaders contributing to Plateau’s economy.
In a statement, Mrs. Deborah Feldman, Senior Associate, Marketing & Communications at iHUB Digital Solutions, said PIBC 2026 is designed to “accelerate Plateau’s economic transformation by fostering productivity, industrial development, and high-impact entrepreneurship.”
The conference will also spotlight innovation as a tool for economic transformation. Through iHUB’s incubation and acceleration lab—iCreate CoLab Africa—startups will showcase market-ready solutions addressing real economic challenges during a demo day and pitching session scheduled for Day 1.
Awards of Excellence will form a major component of the event, with nominations set for February 2–15, 2026, and online voting from March 2–25, 2026. The iCreate CoLab Africa Startup Program will also run from March to April, featuring intensive training, mentorship, and networking before Demo Day.
Speaking on the conference’s impact, Amb. Kim Musa Ndoh, Managing Director and CEO of iHUB Digital Solutions, described PIBC as a movement geared toward harnessing innovation and empowering businesses. “This year, we aim to advance discussions on practical economic solutions for Plateau. Attendees will leave inspired, informed, and equipped to make real impact,” he said.
Organizers expect over 500 CEOs, investors, entrepreneurs, policymakers, academics, and tech enthusiasts, with total participants projected to exceed 1,000 from within and outside Plateau State.
