The man who attempted suicide after killing his wife, Chidinma Gloria, has died. Recall that the unfortunate incident occurred in Suleja area of Niger State on Monday, August 8, 2022.
It was gathered that Mr. Adeniyi strangled his wife to death with a rope and thereafter tried to end his by consuming a poisonous substance. However, he was rushed to Suleja General Hospital, where he’s said to be receiving treatment.
“We have observed their frequent fight and argument for a long time; because he is a jealous man and he doesn’t always want to see her talking with or discussing with any man. On Monday, not long after they had another fight, we noticed everywhere went quiet with no movement in the house,” a source who wanted to remain anonymous said.
On Tuesday, August 9, he tragically passed away at the Suleja General Hospital after being found unresponsive and being taken there.
Queen, Chidinma’s younger sister, has refuted an earlier accusation that Adeniyi killed his wife due to her alleged adultery.
She claims that Chidinma’s best friend, who is now married, was the one who destroyed the marriage; and sowed the seeds that ultimately resulted in the regrettable episode that happened on Monday.
