He doesn’t only create or play melodies, but also strive to craft and perform music that portrays the beauty of the rich African Culture.
He is a sensational multifaceted singer, song writer as well as a multi-talented musical instrumentalist. His pattern of music (which is a fusion of his indigenous language with English), his fusion of African/Afizere local instruments into contemporary music, lyrical prowess and a signature voice has made him stand out amongst other artist. You cannot just listen to Arin and not fall in love with him. As an indigenous, or better still a culture enthusiastic artist, Arin is making waves with his music, putting the Afizere language and people of Jos, Plateau state and environs on the map where he hails from.
Arin, whose official name is Izang, Joshua Peter was born 27th April to the family of Mr. And Mrs Peter Ajang
For his schooling, Arin attended Zion Independent Baptist High School for his early Education (2009), Federal Government College Jos for his Senior Secondary Education (2009-2012), then proceeded to the University of Jos (UniJos) where he studied Architecture (2012-2016) and is presently Pursueing his masters degree in Architecture.
Arin officially began his music career almost 2 years After he graduated with the release of his first official Single Kanam Izere off his debuted Extended play titled Still Her Ex (SHE) in March, 2018. After that, he dropped SHE (Still Her Ex) in April 2018 which is his first body of work containing breath taking songs like:
In My Head; Scars; Mi tóh (I’m thinking); Riye Mi Sin Tos (My heart is bleeding) and Kanam Izere (Izere Damsel). All the songs were Produced, mixed and mastered by Yaxie (21Days Music).

Besides being an artist, he is also a full time architect with ‘Ophire builders and co’ with signature buildings in Jos, Abuja, Onitsha and environs. He also loves farming, especially irrigation farming and is fully into it, he said ” I just love to see things grow over time and hard work and I love to employ people and make money too”… How he handles being a full time artist, full time architect and a full time farmer and Entrepreneur still remains a mystery (seriously though)..
