Due to decreased enrollment rates, the National Examinations Council (NECO) has adjusted the timing of the 2024 National Common Entrance Examination for the 110 Federal Unity Colleges and the entrance exam for the Federal Government Academy, Suleja.
In a statement released on Tuesday by Azeez Sani, the acting Director of the Directorate of Information and Digital Communication, the National Examinations Council (NECO) announced a rescheduling of the 2024 National Common Entrance Examination for the 110 Federal Unity Colleges and the entrance exam for the Federal Government Academy, Suleja.
The National Common Entrance Examination, initially slated for April 20, 2024, will now take place on June 1, 2024. Likewise, the entrance exam for gifted and talented children into the Federal Government Academy, Suleja, originally scheduled for May 4, 2024, has been moved to May 25, 2024. The adjustment in dates stems from a decline in candidate enrollment.
All concerned parties, including candidates, parents, guardians, schools, and relevant stakeholders, are urged to take note of the revised examination dates. Registration of candidates will remain open until the new examination dates.
