Nammy Socials Launches Skin Glow Products During Her Birthday Celebration in Jos

Over the weekend, Naomi Yakubu Yabilsu, widely known as Nammy Socials, marked her 30th birthday by unveiling her new line of Nammy Socials Skin Glow Products. This grand celebration took place at the Elial Center in Jos, Plateau State, on Sunday, May 26, 2024.

The event was a star-studded affair, drawing numerous top personalities and entertainment enthusiasts. Renowned Nigerian music artist Ruby Gyang led a product launch discussion session, introducing an array of skin glow products. The lineup includes the Shower Bath Gel Skin Glow, Glow Moisturizing Oil, 2-in-1 Palm Softening Cream, and Body Softening Scrub. Gyang underscored the uniqueness and quality of these NAFDAC-certified products, ensuring they meet all market requirements for sale and distribution.

During an interview with journalists, Nammy Socials shared the inspiration behind her product line. “These skin glow products are designed to help people feel comfortable in their own skin, enhancing their natural glow and boosting confidence. Every ingredient is natural,” she stated.

Choosing her 30th birthday for the launch held symbolic significance for Nammy. “I’ve always wanted to do this. This is my passion. Launching now feels right because I’m ready for criticism, ready to learn, and ready for everything. I feel like my tree has grown bigger. Although I’m 30, I feel like I haven’t achieved enough yet. This is just the beginning for Nammy Socials—there’s much more to come,” she said.

She highlighted the handcrafted nature of her products, noting, “I make them from scratch, from start to finish. While I sometimes make the coconut oil myself, I also purchase some natural oils from other producers due to time constraints. But all final products are my creations—I don’t rebrand others’ products.”

Nammy Socials emphasized the distinctiveness of her formulations, saying, “My mixture is one of a kind. I conduct the research myself and have people test the products. NAFDAC’s approval process was thorough, so I can confidently say my product is the best. Unlike others who use just one or two oils, I use multiple oils to ensure comprehensive skin benefits—glowing skin, acne removal, and dead cell elimination all in one product.”

She also addressed the harmful trend of skin bleaching, warning, “Bleaching exposes your skin to burns and damage, making it hard to be proud of your skin in the future. My products, however, do not bleach. They enhance and glow your natural color, giving you lasting confidence in your true skin tone.”

Model Milka Mergi and actor Augustine Gilbert Gotar, known as Ajebo, also spoke at the event, praising Nammy Socials for her dedication to promoting natural beauty.

The event concluded with a product sale session followed by a grand birthday party, leaving guests impressed and eager to try the new Nammy Socials Skin Glow Products.

Nammy Socials’ launch marks a significant milestone in her entrepreneurial journey, promising further innovations in the beauty industry.

Coca-Cola to Restart Production in Jos Following Successful Plateau Government Intervention

In a significant development for the Plateau State, Coca-Cola is set to resume production at its Jos plant, a move poised to rejuvenate the local economy and provide much-needed employment opportunities for the region’s youth.

This milestone has been achieved through the concerted efforts of the Plateau State government, led by Barrister Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, and various stakeholders committed to economic revitalization.

Over the past few years, the cessation of Coca-Cola’s production in Jos had a profound impact on the local community.

The shutdown rendered a substantial number of young people jobless, exacerbating the unemployment rate and economic stagnation in the area.

Recognizing the critical need for intervention, the state government initiated a series of strategic measures aimed at reviving the plant and other moribund companies within the region.

Under Barrister Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang’s visionary leadership, the Plateau State government embarked on a mission to create a conducive environment for businesses to thrive.

Key initiatives included policy reforms, infrastructure improvements, and direct engagement with major corporations to address their concerns and facilitate their return to full operation.

The government’s efforts were not limited to the Coca-Cola plant. A comprehensive strategy was deployed to revive several ailing industries, focusing on providing incentives such as tax reliefs, subsidized utilities, and streamlined regulatory processes.

This holistic approach aimed to attract both domestic and foreign investments, ensuring long-term economic sustainability for Plateau State.

The resumption of Coca-Cola’s production in Jos is a testament to the effectiveness of these initiatives. Intensive negotiations and collaborations with the beverage giant were pivotal in addressing the challenges that had led to the plant’s closure.

By fostering a business-friendly atmosphere and ensuring the necessary support systems were in place, the state government successfully persuaded Coca-Cola to reinvest in the region.

The reopening of the plant is expected to create numerous job opportunities, directly benefiting the local population and contributing to the overall economic upliftment of Plateau State.

Moreover, it signals a positive trend for other businesses considering investment in the area, bolstering the government’s reputation as a facilitator of economic growth.

The revival of moribund companies through these strategic interventions is poised to have a broader impact on Plateau State’s economy. Beyond job creation, the government’s efforts are expected to enhance the state’s industrial base, increase productivity, and foster a more diversified economic structure. This, in turn, will improve the standard of living for the residents and create a more resilient economic framework.

The return of Coca-Cola to Jos underscores the Plateau State government’s commitment to economic revitalization and its ability to enact effective change through visionary leadership and strategic partnerships.

As the state continues to implement policies aimed at reviving other dormant industries, the future looks promising for the economic landscape of Plateau State.
