Through a strategic partnership between the Plateau State Government, Plateau Investment and Property Company (PIPC), and Hillside Hospitality Limited, led by Strom infrastructure investment and management limited—an ambitious ₦8.5 billion investment has been set in motion to revitalize the Hill Station Hotel.

This transformative initiative is expected to redefine the hospitality landscape of Plateau State, driving tourism, economic growth, and job creation in Jos. The project aims to harness the state’s rich tourism potential while attracting local and international visitors to the region.

The official agreement was sealed with the signing of the Head of Terms in July 2024, marking the beginning of a strategic journey to reposition Hill Station Hotel as a world-class resort.

Hillside Hospitality has collaborated with BLK Hut Media, a company known for revitalizing brands and assets with untapped potential. The redevelopment of the Hill Station Resort is set to commence on March 1, 2025. The first phase of the project is expected to be completed by December 2025, with full project completion slated for 2027.
